Information to prepare
- cemetery name and visitor address;
- full grave reference with section, row and number;
- name on the memorial;
- a current photograph of the complete grave area;
- one-off or recurring work requested;
- preferred period and a reachable contact.
If the location is missing, begin with grave search. The PDF plan helps with a section but does not search names.
Clarify before work begins
Grave type, right of use and design rules determine which planting and work are permitted. Communal areas, urn niches and specially designed sections can have distinct rules. Contact the cemetery administration for binding information.
Practical access
Choose an entrance only once the section is known. Tor am Teich, Tor Nederling, Wintrichring or the Dachauer Strasse entrances may be closer than the main entrance when materials must be carried. Check parking rules and opening hours shortly before the appointment.
